Catching the Rabbit

Here’s a shot as they put the final touches on the new Cloudveil retail store on the corner of Pearl and Glenwood. It opened today and it’s pretty cool. The space is very appealing and chalkerblock full of the latest from Cloudveil. I’m not sure what the other retailers in town selling Cloudveil think but they’ll probably be selling a little less of it.
The least expensive single family home in Teton Village is listed for $2,449,000. It’s 2br/3ba 3500sq. ft. on .7 acres and a rather interesting floor plan. The most expensive is a 7100 sq. ft. castle located right on the Teewinot Run, new construction, 5br., for $12,500,000. Interestingly, both of these have been on the market for well over a year.
Granite Ridge Lodge unit, 4br/4ba 4200 sq. ft., close to slopes, listed at $3,500,000
Four Seasons 3br/4ba 3453 sq. ft. Condo listed at $4,700,000, closed for $4,250,000. HOA dues $47,000 per year.
Least expensive condo at the Racquet Club is a 1br/1ba for $420,000. Not a misprint.
.67 Acres in Indian Trails on Lakota Lane listed for $725,000!
