Here’s an interesting piece on the energy explosion going on in Pinedale

It’s going to interesting to see what happens at this years Demo Debby now that all beer sales have been banned.   Not to sound like a blazing alcoholic, but with no beer, reallly, what’s the point?  To watch cars smash into each other? If you took drinking out of Ice Fishing do you really think it would be the official sport of of all the Great Lake States?   The whole fun of the derby was sitting in the sun, having a couple beers and seeing friends.  I understand that there were a few people who got a little out of hand, but do we really need to give draft beer the death penalty at the Derby because a few idiots took their cloths off?  I won't be there for a variety of reasons but I do wonder if everyone will enjoy what used to be the social event of the year quite as much.  It reminds of the the old Joke: What did the Dead Head say when the drugs wore off?  “Man, this band sucks!”

Real Estate:

3000+ acres N/W of Driggs, preliminary approval for 413 units, spa, etc.  $55,000,000.   I don't know what to say. 

Apparently there are 6000 lots in the pipeline to come on the Market in Teton Valley.  Something has to give.
