Crocs? Just say no…

Sunrise Jackson HoleI've said before the state of air travel in this country is abysmal, but this really beyond comprehension. So…..my question is… when someone had to use the bathroom, did this guy give it up? (and then go back!)

Just so we're clear, no male, over the age of 9, should ever, EVER, be seen in public wearing Crocs.

And I'm not the only one

And while we're on it, emoticons ;) are not ok for men to use in any form of communication..ever.

The above picture is what we woke up to on May 10. Kind of a bummer, but made for a great sunrise

I got a shout out from the JH News and Guide this week (page 10) about financing being the issue for the project on Scott and Snow King being iced. The developer says that is not the case. I stick by my sources and still say they couldn't get financing without personally guaranteeing it.
Real Estate:

3 Acres in Wilson, no CC&R’s, Teton Views, listed for $1,750,000. Was purchased in January for just under $1,500,000.

4br/3.5 bath 2400 sq. ft. .50 acre lot, Teton Views, brand new, very nice, Listed for $1,995,000. Seems like a lot until you pencil it out and it’s actually priced pretty fairly if you assume the developer is entitled to a profit. Scary.

2br/2ba Berry Patch condo in the Aspens, 1100 sq. ft. Listed for $715,000, Under Contract in 2 days

3 town size lots with an older house located on East Karns, Listed for $2,900,000

4br/4ba Cluster Home in Teton Pines, 4308 sq. ft, built in 1997, Listed for $2,650, 000 Under contract

16 Acres in Wilson on Phillips Ridge, Listed for $3,200,000, Under Contract in 8 days

2br/3ba 1360 sq. ft. Crystal Springs Condo in Teton Village, Top floor, fully furnished, Listed for $1,575,000 CLOSED for $1,475,000

2br/2ba Eagle Village condo in Town by Smiths, 1313 sq. ft. Listed for $645,000 CLOSED $645,000

I'm off to bid my final respects to the old Ballpark in the Bronx. The new Yankee Stadium opens next year. Bring It On!

that’s messed up man, I love my crocs…good thing I am secure in my manhood!
Enjoy the trip to NYC; if you can pitch Joe G might be able to work you in. Things are not good for your staff when Jose Reyes goes yard on you 2 days in a row.

Trust me on this one, throw them away or give them to your girlfriend.

What’s the general state of the market in Jackson? Picking up?

  4. Jack Stout Says:

The market is picking up a little, and at least there is more inventory now, although most of what is coming seems to be a little overpriced to me. My feeling is that those people who are will ing to adjust their prices a little, will sell their property. Compared to last year, it is down dome. From 4/1/07-5/20/07 there were 84 total sales in the Jackson, compared to 45 for the same period this year. Dollar volume is not as quite as big a drop but still down as well. However, these numbers do include Shooting Star, the golf course at the Village. More on this in tomorrows entry.
